Meetings that end with decisions.
AsyncPrep talks with every participant, privately, before the meeting. You get a clear purpose, a tight agenda, the decisions to make and who makes them — or the honest advice to skip the meeting.

How it works
- Prep, privately. Each guest spends five minutes with an AI facilitator in Google Calendar: goals, concerns, what they can own. Only an anonymized synthesis is shared.
- Get the brief. One purpose, a tight agenda, the decisions to make, and a straight answer to “do we even need this meeting?”.
- Decide. Each decision gets one decider and clear input, using DACI or RAPID — the frameworks strong teams already use.
- Follow through. After the meeting, the notes and the prep become one to-do list with an owner per task, and everyone gets a recap of their part.
Private by design
People say what they really think when it isn't attributed. Names only go on tasks people volunteer for — and on decision input they agree to share.
Decision-ready
Every decision has a driver, one approver, the people to consult and to inform. Your decision log builds itself, meeting after meeting.
Connected to your work
Google Calendar, Docs and GitHub today. Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear and Slack next, through MCP — so the AI knows your actual projects.
Honest about meetings
If the goals can be met by email or a quick decision, AsyncPrep says so — and suggests what to shorten, move or cancel.
